Junu Prasai from Atharai Makes it to the Top 7 of ‘Mero Voice Universe Season 2’

Kathmandu, August 10 — Singer Junu Prasai, born in Atharai Hampang of Taplejung and who began her education and musical journey from Atharai Hwaku in Tehrathum, has secured a spot in the Top 7 of Mero Voice Universe Season 2.

Passionate about singing since childhood, Junu actively participated in school programs and local singing competitions, gaining valuable experience along the way. Currently residing permanently in Jhapa, she is working in Qatar and is participating in the international Nepali singing reality show Mero Voice Universe from there.

Broadcast on Nepal Television and organized by the Intra National Welfare and Support Foundation, the competition features talented singers of Nepali origin from 23 countries. The audition rounds were held across 13 countries worldwide. Selected through the Qatar auditions, Junu now aims to reach the final round.
