Indian PM Modi Congratulates Nepal’s Newly Appointed Interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki
Kathmandu: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated and extended best wishes to Nepal’s newly appointed interim Prime Minister, Sushila Karki. On Saturday morning, through social media, PM Modi conveyed his greetings to the newly sworn-in Prime Minister Karki.
He wrote, “Heartfelt congratulations to Honorable Sushila Karki on assuming office as the Prime Minister of Nepal’s interim government. India remains fully committed to the peace, progress, and prosperity of our brothers and sisters in Nepal.”
Modi also reiterated India’s full commitment to Nepal’s peace, progress, and prosperity. Karki took the oath of office as interim Prime Minister on Friday night.
