Hearing on Rabi Lamichhane's Case Postponed Due to Chhabilal Joshi's Petition
The scheduled court hearing on the case involving Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has been postponed today.
The postponement occurred because of a motion filed by Chhabilal Joshi to have his case removed, which was to be heard concurrently with Lamichhane's.
The hearing was initially set for today on a petition filed by Lamichhane requesting permission to be released on bail and contest the case from outside while submitting a bank guarantee equal to the alleged embezzled amount ('Bigow').
The matter was to be jointly heard alongside the case of Chhabilal Joshi.
The bench assigned for the hearing at the High Court Tulsipur, Butwal Bench, comprised Judges Om Prakash Aryal and Tejanarayan Paudel.
