Buddha Air Closes Kathmandu Airport Office Due to Fog

Kathmandu — Buddha Air has closed its airport office at Kathmandu due to heavy fog and mist. The airline took this step to ensure passenger safety after flight operations were disrupted by poor visibility.
According to Buddha Air, it may take some more time for the airport to reopen. In addition to Kathmandu, airports in Biratnagar, Rajbiraj, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, Surkhet, and Tumlingtar have also yet to resume operations. All other airports across the country are currently operational.
