“ECAN Elects Laxman Paudel as New President for Two-Year Term”

Kathmandu. Laxman Paudel (Andrew) has been elected as the president of the Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN). The 20th Annual General Meeting of ECAN, the common organization of education consultancy entrepreneurs, concluded in Kathmandu on Monday. The assembly selected Paudel as president for the next two-year term.

He secured victory along with the majority of his team, defeating competitor Deepak Raj Bhusal.

Bhavanath Humagain from the Bhusal group was elected to the post of general secretary, while Basudev Dahal and Geeta Shiwakoti from the Andrew group and Bikalpa Raj Pokhrel from the Bhusal group were elected as vice presidents. Sadhana Pudasaini will take over the responsibility of treasurer.
