Contribution to Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund
Kathmandu: One crore one lakh rupees (NPR 1,01,00,000) was deposited into the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund established by the government on Sunday by Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited.
Pranay Kumar, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, handed over a voucher worth one crore one lakh rupees to Finance Minister Rameshwor Prasad Khanal.
Similarly, a cheque worth seventy-five lakh rupees (NPR 75,00,000) was handed over to be deposited into the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund, representing the joint contribution of the employees and the companies affiliated with F1Soft Group—F1Soft International, eSewa Limited, and PhonePay Payment Service Limited.
The cheque was handed over to Finance Minister Khanal on November 19 by the Group's Chairman, Siddhant Thakuri.
Finance Minister Khanal, on behalf of the government, expressed special thanks to both companies for their contribution to the government-established Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund.
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, Tank Prasad Pandey, informed that a total of nine crore thirty lakh rupees (NPR 9,30,00,000) had been deposited into the fund as of Sunday.
