Continuous Rain Causes Damage to Crops and Infrastructure in Sinja, Jumla

Last night’s continuous rainfall in Dhitalihi Rokayabada, under Sinja Rural Municipality-3 of Jumla, has caused damage to agricultural crops including food grains, paddy, millet, and beans planted by local farmers.
The rain has also caused significant damage to local physical infrastructure. However, the detailed report of the total damage is still pending.
Locals have urged the concerned authorities to take immediate initiatives for rescue and relief operations.
