“Partial Cloud Cover with Chances of Rain and Snow Across Nepal”
Kathmandu: Currently, Nepal is experiencing a partial influence from western winds along with local winds. While the hilly and mountainous regions, including Koshi Province, are generally cloudy, the rest of the country is seeing partial cloud cover. One or two locations in Koshi Province are experiencing moderate rain and snowfall accompanied by thunder and lightning.
This afternoon, the hilly and mountainous areas of the country will remain generally cloudy, while the Terai region will see partial clouds. There is a possibility of light rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning in some places within the hilly and mountainous regions of Sudurpashchim Province, as well as in a few spots across other hilly and mountainous areas.
Tonight, the hilly and mountainous regions will continue to be generally cloudy, with partial cloud cover in the Terai. Light rain and snowfall with thunder and lightning are expected in a few places within the hilly and mountainous parts of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali Provinces, and in one or two locations across the remaining hilly and mountainous regions.
