After the Dancing Number, ‘Koshedhunga’’s Romantic Song ‘Bhangera Bhageri’ Released
Kathmandu — A new song from the movie ‘Koshedhunga’ has been released. After the dancing song for the Teej festival, the production team today released the romantic song ‘Bhangera Bhangeri.’
The song portrays young lovers asking each other to spend their lives together, while also questioning what the source of income is to lead a happy life.
The song emphasizes that money is needed to live life and attempts to show the future challenges linked with love.
In the song, the lovers tease each other, from flirting with a government job to asking how much salary one earns. Using the imagery of ‘Bhangera’ and ‘Bhageri’ the song tells a story of a loving couple.
The vocals are by Ridam Kandel and Benisha Paudel, with music composed by Ridam Kandel. The lyrics are written by Bidur Timalsina (Devdoot).
The music video features dance performances by Suraksha Panta and Manzil Kumar.
Previously released song ‘Natra Bhane Jindagi Byartha Cha’ is currently a hit on TikTok.
Directed by Saroj Paudel, the movie ‘Koshedhunga’ is set to release on Bhadra 12 (late August). Since Paudel, who directed ‘Purna Bahadurko Sarangi,’ is also directing this film, ‘Koshedhunga’ has become a highly anticipated movie.
Presented by Nardevi Films and in collaboration with Sarangi Films, ‘Koshedhunga’ stars Suraksha Panta, Aryan Sikdel, Richa Sharma, Manzil Kumar, Niti Shah, Praveen Khatiwada, Saroj Khanal, Bishal Pahadi, Hiuwala Gautam, Dinesh Kafle, Lokmani Sapkota, and others.
The producers of ‘Koshedhunga’ are Prebil Kandel and Kishor Anurag, with Dinesh Khadka as the executive producer.
Cinematography is by Babu Shrestha, editing by Nahakul Khadka, and music by Ashish Aviral and Ridam Kandel. The casting director is Suvalmani Sapkota.
The film will be released simultaneously in more than 42 countries, including Nepal.
‘Koshedhunga’ will be distributed internationally by Seven Seas International, managed by Patrick Subedi and Ramesh Dhakal. This will be the first time in Nepali cinema history that a movie is released simultaneously in 42 countries in the diaspora.
The production team expects ‘Koshedhunga’ to take Nepali cinema to a new international level by releasing in so many countries simultaneously for the first time.
