Advocate Swagat Nepal to Visit Cyber Bureau Today

Advocate Swagat Nepal has announced that he will be going to the Central Cyber Bureau, Bhotehity, today (Tuesday) at 2 PM during the court's break time regarding a further interview he gave concerning Prime Minister Sushila Karki and political anomalies.

Posting on social media, he claimed this was an exercise of the beautiful aspects of freedom of expression and democracy. He has raised issues including 'the deception of Gen Z friends' and the need for 'capital punishment for the corrupt,' among others.

Nepal stated that he has no formal complaint or First Information Report (FIR) lodged against him and that he understands that the Prime Minister and Home Minister's direct order, or a few individuals within the police organization, plan to file a case to 'save this corrupt system.' He asserted that the police cannot investigate political and ideological matters.

He mentioned that the move to 'continuously extend remand against freedom of expression' gives birth to rebellion, and that he does not mind being prosecuted, stating that 'the more such cases are filed, the sooner the end of not just the government but this entire system will be.'

Advocate Nepal clarified that during his previous appearance at the Cyber Bureau, he was only asked to verify his statements made in the media, without a six-hour-long interrogation, and that the police took time to answer when asked about the legal process. He said he would attempt to speak the truth and explain the situation. He has called on everyone for support and cooperation.
