Yamaha Nepal’s Mileage League Reaches Midway Mark
KATHMANDU, NEPAL - Yamaha Nepal, under MAW Rides Pvt. Ltd., is thrilled to announce the mid-way success of the Yamaha RayZR Hybrid Mileage League. After months of high-octane competition, the search for Nepal's most efficient rider is intensifying as the league heads toward a spectacular grand finale in Asar 2083.
While the Yamaha RayZR 125-FI Hybrid carries an ARAI-certified mileage of 71.33 km/l, the Mileage League has proven that real-world performance can be even more extraordinary. To date, the highest mileage achieved by a participant is a staggering 87.20 kmpl with others close to the winning mileage, officially defying the manufacturer’s claimed figures under actual riding conditions.
This isn't just a result of controlled tracks; the Yamaha RayZR Hybrid has been rigorously tested across the diverse geography of Nepal. From the flatlands of the Terai to the winding climbs of the Hills, and from smooth pitched highways to rugged off-road trails, the mileage has consistently come out on top.
With a legacy of conducting mileage challenges in over 70+ locations across Nepal over the years, Yamaha has turned fuel efficiency into a spectator sport. Customers haven't just heard the claims, they have witnessed the results firsthand.
Spanning all seven provinces, the league has already conquered Nepal’s major hubs, with a final circuit of cities still to be challenged ."The Mileage League isn't just a contest; it's a celebration of our commitment to Nepali riders," says Mr. Deepak Kumar Agrawal, CEO and ED of Yamaha Nepal. "We are taking the lab results and proving them on the actual streets of Nepal. We want every RayZR Hybrid owner to feel the pride of riding the most efficient machine in the country."
At the center of this league is the Yamaha RayZR 125 FI Hybrid, Nepal’s best-selling scooter and the only hybrid offering in its segment. It utilizes a cutting-edge Smart Motor Generator (SMG) and an automatic Stop & Start system to deliver a synergy of power and economy that traditional scooters simply cannot match.
The "Winner of Winners" showdown will take place in Asar 2083, bringing together regional champions for a final test of skill. With many more challenges scheduled across the country to further prove on-road efficiency, the road is still wide open for new contenders.
Join the League! Yamaha Nepal invites all Yamaha RayZR Hybrid owners to stay in contact with their nearest Yamaha showrooms. Your city could be the next stop in our journey to crown the National Champion.
