Like in previous years, the enthusiasm of Holi has spread across Basantapur. Young people, in particular, have added to the vibrancy of the celebration. 

Foreign tourists visiting Nepal are also joining in the joy of Holi. Basantapur is painted with crowds, music, dancing, and colors.
