'Paran' Starring Neer Shah Released in Theaters Today

The emotional family drama film 'Paran', featuring veteran actor Neer Shah in the central role, has been released in cinemas across the country today, (Kartik 14). Released with an encouraging number of shows, the film is expected to attract family audiences.

'Paran' received excellent feedback at the grand premiere held in Kathmandu on Thursday night. Many audience members and artists became emotional after watching the film, commenting that it 'repeatedly brought family members to mind.'

Veteran actor Hari Bansha Acharya praised director Deepak Acharya's debut film as excellent, stating that the story of 'Paran' is a problem in every village and that many can feel it is the story of their own home, urging everyone to watch the film.

'Jerry on Top' director Suyog Gurung said that 'Paran' is an unmissable film that will keep your eyes glued to the screen. Producers Shekhar Golchha and Ranjit Acharya were congratulated for delivering an excellent film right from their entry into film production.

The film presents the story of a father in the twilight of his life who wishes to stay close to his children, but whose desires cannot be fulfilled due to his children's priorities. The film emotionally portrays this internal conflict.

Besides Neer Shah, the film stars Madan Krishna Shrestha, Pooja Chand, Mahesh Tripathi, Anjana Baraily, Keki Adhikari, Pravin Khatiwada, Buddhi Tamang, Yaseli Yonghang, Babin Rai, Pushparaj Ojha, Seema Kafle, Daman Rupakheti, Yaman Shrestha, Subrat Raj Acharya, Suresh Thapa, Binod Rai, and child artist Aaryadeep Acharya.

The film features lyrics by director Deepak Acharya himself and music by Rhythm Kandel, with vocals by Pramod Kharel, Pushpan Pradhan, and Rachana Rimal. Shivaram Shrestha handled the cinematography (DOP) and Mitra D. Gurung is the editor. Ajay Upadhyay is the Executive Producer.
