New Song ‘Ladki Gori’ from the Movie ‘Abhimanyu: Chapter–1’ Released

Kathmandu – The new song from the movie ‘Abhimanyu: Chapter–1’ has been released. The song, in Bhojpuri style, is titled ‘Ladki Gori’.

The lyrics, music, and vocals are by Prashant Shiwakoti and Prerana Singh. The music arrangement is done by Bisham Acharya. The item dance is performed by Juna Sundas, and the choreography is by Rohan Bishwakarma.

Although the song is in Bhojpuri style, the language used is Nepali. The dance and choreography are also similar to those seen in Bhojpuri songs. The song and video depict the mutual affection of young men and women.

Since the movie’s story and characters are based in the Terai region, a Bhojpuri-style song popular in that area has been prepared. The song is a dance number.

‘Abhimanyu: Chapter–1’ is set to release on Bhadra 27 (September 12). The Hindi version will release on Asoj 6 (September 22), according to the production team. Producer Binod Paudel has stated that the Hindi version will also have a worldwide release.

The movie tells the story of a person who falls into a trap due to the lure of money and struggles to escape from it.

The film, currently in post-production, features Kameshwar Chaurasia, Sarita Giri, Gaumaya Gurung, Laxmi Bardeba, Shishir Wangdel, Kiran Shrestha, Prakash Dahal, and Sushma Niraula in the lead roles.

Presented by Seven Seas Cinema, ‘Abhimanyu: Chapter–1’ is directed by Sushant Gautam. This is his debut as a director.

The screenplay is written by Mukesh Khanal, and the creative director of the film is Madan Thapa.

The producers of ‘Abhimanyu: Chapter–1’ are Binod Paudel and Gunjan Giri. Ramesh Chaulagai and Hari Shrestha are co-producers, while executive producers include Vishal Lama, Hari Moktan, Krishna Bhattarai, Nirajan Luintel, and Sandesh Shrestha.

Jeevan Shakya is the line producer, with Manoj Shrestha handling VFX, Suprim Parajuli in charge of color grading, and Madan Ghimire as editor. The DOP of ‘Abhimanyu’ is Sharad Mahto.
