The second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL), regarded as a cricket festival, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
Flower petals were also showered from a helicopter during the opening ceremony at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Monday. Janakpur Bolts and Kathmandu Gorkhas are competing in the inaugural match.
