Nepali National Cricket Team Leaves for Sri Lanka for T20 World Cup Practice
The Nepali national cricket team, which is preparing for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup to be held in India and Sri Lanka, departed for Sri Lanka today for practice.
The Nepali team left for the destination via Sri Lankan Airlines on Sunday. Before the World Cup, the Nepali team will undergo preparations in Sri Lanka and India. The Nepali team will practice with local teams from India and Sri Lanka. The Nepali team will start practicing in Sri Lanka from Monday itself.
In the first phase, the team will play practice matches against the Sri Lanka 'A' team and local teams. Nepal will practice on January 19, 21, and 23.
Practice matches will be played on January 20, 22, and 24. In the second phase, the team will undergo training and play practice matches in India. The team will play practice matches against the Mumbai Cricket Association President's XI.
The Nepali team will practice on January 27 and 28. The schedule includes practice matches on January 29 and 31.
