'Jerry On Top' Trailer Tops YouTube Trending

Kathmandu. The trailer for the film 'Jerry On Top', released just one week before its public screening, has created a sensation on social media. The trailer, uploaded to YouTube on Friday afternoon, hit the number one spot in Nepal in less than 24 hours.

Currently, the 'Jerry On Top' trailer is topping YouTube's Nepali charts. Furthermore, the trailer is in the top 10 trending spots on YouTube in more than a dozen countries. It has received widespread praise while securing top positions not just in Nepal, but also in countries with a significant Nepali diaspora.

On the YouTube channel of digital partner Budhasubba Digital alone, the trailer has garnered nearly 350,000 views, over 21,000 likes, and the 3,000 received comments are reportedly 100% positive.

The film, starring lead actor Anmol KC who is making a comeback after a year and a half, has been termed the most awaited film of the year 2082 on social media.

The trailer has received high praise for various elements, including the actors' performances, the Himalayan visuals, directorial skill, cinematography, background score, and editing. The film is directed by Suyog Gurung, and the trailer was edited by Sahil Khan.

Produced by Saroj Neupane under the banner of Ananya Films, 'Jerry On Top' stars Anmol K.C. alongside Aanchal Sharma, Jassita Gurung, Bhuwan K.C., Kedar Ghimire 'Magnebuddha', Suraksha Panta, and Usha Khadgi.

The film is set to be released on October 17. Rich Entertainment holds the distribution rights for the capital Kathmandu, and FD Company for other districts. Producer Neupane also mentioned that there is high demand for the film in the international market.
