‘Hungry Wells’ Restaurant Comes into Operation

Kathmandu – Education consultant Shishir Simkhada has launched a new restaurant named Hungry Wells. Having provided academic counseling through Cambridge for over one and a half decades to students aspiring to pursue higher education abroad, Simkhada has now opened Hungry Wells Restaurant at Budhanilkantha–8, Bhangaal, Kathmandu.

Operating under the slogan "Eat Healthy Food, Live a Healthy Life", Hungry Wells offers a variety of dishes ranging from local Nepali cuisine to Indian and continental options. Located in a peaceful and clean environment, the restaurant aims to provide customers with a unique taste and warm hospitality, according to owner Shishir Simkhada. “At Hungry Wells, you’ll find a selection of Nepali, Indian, Chinese, and Italian dishes,” he said, adding that the restaurant’s main goal is to serve high-quality and healthy food.

To ensure clean and nutritious meals, Hungry Wells has hired chefs with experience working in star hotels. “We believe that every meal we eat should be clean and health-enhancing. That’s why we have used only carefully tested and high-quality ingredients in every dish,” said Simkhada.

Established with an investment of around one crore rupees, Hungry Wells offers a family-friendly atmosphere where people can spend quality time together. The restaurant plans to deliver its food through online platforms like Foodmandu, Pathao Food, and Bhojdeal. Simkhada informed that home delivery service will begin soon.

There are also plans to expand Hungry Wells through a franchise model in the near future. With a vision to prioritize production and employment in the hospitality industry, Simkhada expressed his confidence that Hungry Wells will become a model in Nepal’s hospitality sector.
