Facility to Open Bank Accounts via Kiosk Machines at Global IME Bank
Global IME Bank Limited has launched a facility allowing customers to open bank accounts themselves through kiosk machines located at branch offices, aiming to provide simple, easy, and state-of-the-art banking services.
The bank introduced this kiosk-based account opening service on the occasion of its 19th anniversary. To open an account, customers can conveniently use the kiosk machine located at the bank's Kamladi branch office in Kathmandu.
During the account opening process, all details must be provided through the kiosk machine. Subsequently, after entering the necessary documents, an account number will be provided. Currently, this service is only available at the Digital Universe located in Kamladi.
Previously, the bank had been providing services such as cash and check deposits through machines at the Digital Universe in the Kamladi branch. The bank plans to expand such services to other locations in the future.
