Insect Genetic Resource Conservation at Gabhar Valley Homestay (In Photos)

Special "insect hotels" or houses have been constructed at the Gabhar Valley Community Homestay—located in Ward No. 1, Baijanath Rural Municipality, Banke—with the aim of conserving insect genetic resources, including bees and other beneficial insects.

These structures provide insects with a safe habitat and breeding opportunities within their natural environment.

This initiative plays a vital role in increasing agricultural productivity through pollination and maintaining a balanced ecosystem.
