Floodlight Installation Underway at TU Cricket Ground

Kirtipur – The installation of floodlights at Tribhuvan University (TU) Cricket Ground is progressing rapidly. Out of six floodlight poles planned around the stadium, four have already been installed, while the remaining two are expected to be completed within today and tomorrow.
Following the pole installation, the construction company plans to complete wiring and other works so that the lights can be switched on before Tihar.
The floodlight project, worth Rs. 27 crore 40 lakh, has been contracted to Bishan–Ishwari Joint Venture.
