Passionate about inspiring youth, Sesemi believes, “Nepal’s education system should be youth-centered.” “We do get the chance to learn new things, but that doesn’t mean Nepal lacks opportunities. The real issue here is unemployment, not the absence of possibilities. The state system has failed to function properly.
Still, leaving for foreign lands should not be the solution. If we work hard enough, the youth of Nepal need not go abroad. I, too, am constantly seeking opportunities here so that I can prevent myself from leaving the country.”

How does creative work bring ease to life?
Creative work helps simplify life. At first, expressing your inner talents might feel difficult. But giving voice to your thoughts and abilities is essential. Eventually, this leads to rewarding outcomes.
How do you view Nepal’s education system from a youth perspective?
Our education system is still more theoretical than practical. When we speak of subjects, what truly matters is where students’ interests lie. During my school years, I didn’t limit myself to textbooks alone—I participated in various activities. Those experiences have helped me move forward today. For the future, Nepal’s education system must be youth-oriented.
What is your understanding of women’s empowerment?
Women’s empowerment is a profound subject. A woman must be able to stand on her own feet, move ahead with courage without dependency, and openly share her abilities and vision with others. This is what leads to a capable society and, ultimately, a stronger nation.
How do you perceive women’s role in politics?
Today, our sisters are actively working in every field—be it banks, hospitals, administration, or politics. Yet, we rarely see them in leadership roles. Even now, our society is largely male-dominated. Change must begin within ourselves, which is why it is necessary to let our extraordinary potential shine. Today we have the 1st lady Prime Minister in Nepal as Sushila Karki in support of the ZENZ Revolution movement .
What does it take to become a good EMCEE ?
Anchoring is a creative profession. The more effort you invest, the better you become. One must always work with dedication, do thorough research, and understand the structure before hosting any program. After all, the entire flow of a program rests in the hands of the Master of Ceremony.
Do you have any message for today's youth ?
Trust your natural talents and skills. Confidence in your abilities is the first step toward success. Don’t shy away from challenges. Every experience, big or small, is a chance to grow.Success built on honesty and hard work lasts longer than shortcuts. Adapt, learn, and evolve. Being flexible opens doors to unexpected opportunities.
Use your achievements to inspire and uplift others. True success is measured not just by fame, but by the impact you make. Dreams don’t happen overnight. Keep pushing, keep learning, and stay determined.
