Digital Auditions for 'Mr. Nepal 2025' to Begin

Kathmandu — The search for ‘Mr. Nepal 2025’ has officially begun. Organizer Next Models Nepal has already completed selection-round auditions in various locations including Itahari, Janakpur, Hetauda, Chitwan, Bhairahawa, Dhangadhi, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, and Kathmandu.

For those who still wish to participate, a final opportunity is being offered through a digital audition — scheduled for August 2nd for participants inside Nepal and August 3rd for the international round in the USA. The U.S. edition is being led by director Sandeep Pokharel.

After the digital auditions, the selected candidates will be announced by the organizers and enrolled in various training programs starting August 4 for the final round of the competition.

This year as well, the competition is open to young men aged 18 to 32 years. Nepali citizens from any part of the world with a minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches are eligible to participate.

The competition aims to gather talented youth from across the country. Final preparations will include training in over a dozen areas such as swimming, football, rock climbing, social work, short hiking, catwalk, personality development, and public speaking. According to Yatna Pandey, Managing Director of Next Models Nepal, several activities will also be conducted to promote domestic tourism in Nepal.

The competition will announce three winners under the titles of ‘Mr. World Nepal,’ ‘Mr. Global Nepal,’ and ‘Man of the World Nepal.’ The winners will get the opportunity to represent Nepal in either 'Mr. World 2025' or 'Mr. Global 2025' and will also receive a cash prize worth NPR 500,000.

Prashant Tamrakar will serve as the competition’s choreographer and mentor.

Started in 2001, this is Nepal’s largest and most prestigious male-exclusive competition. It is organized with the aim of developing personality, boosting confidence, revealing talents, and enhancing leadership skills among young men.
