Sandeep Lamichhane’s Team Rajshahi Warriors Playing Today in BPL

Kathmandu: Nepali leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, who is participating in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) for the second time, is playing his team’s first match of the tournament today.

In the match taking place this Friday, Rajshahi Warriors will face Sylhet Titans. The game will start at 1:45 PM Nepali time. There is a strong possibility that Sandeep will be included in the playing-11 for this opening match.

Sandeep joined Rajshahi Warriors for this BPL season. Previously, he played for Sylhet Titans in 2019. Coincidentally, he is competing against his former team, Sylhet Titans, in the very first match this time, making the game even more interesting.

Rajshahi Warriors is captained by Bangladesh national team captain Najmul Hossain. The team also includes international player Jimmy Neesham, who has already played in the Nepal Premier League. With the return of Nepal's famous spinner Sandeep, the interest of Nepali fans in the BPL has also increased.
